    Condo Association Meetings

    Open Meetings are available for members only and occur most months on the third Thursday of the month.

    Annual Election Meetings occur the third Monday in April.
    Members are encouraged to attend.

    2026 Open Meeting Dates: January 15, February 19, March 19, April 20, June 18, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19.

Enjoy a peaceful sunset on the Delaware River from Palmyra Harbour. Sunsets with vibrant orange and pink hues in the sky, and silhouettes of trees along the shoreline are beautiful here.
