When you purchase a home in an HOA community and particularly Palmyra Harbour Condo Association (PHCA), you are 1/500th owner. Adhering to rules and regulations and governing documents is important in protecting home values and the success of our community.

Palmyra Harbour Condominium Association is an owner-occupied community. Owners who seek to rent their units must adhere to our governing documents and procedures which include an initial request to rent, be approved by the Board of Trustees, and provide required documents in a timely manner.

Open Meetings for members occur several times a year. Check our community announcement board at the front of the clubhouse for upcoming meetings. Members are encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings.
